What new roof options does a homeowner have today?

I am proud to say that we have tons of New Roofing options ranging anywhere from a category five shingle, designer shingles, and installing a Ridge fan for better attic ventilation in your home.  So they put in the code now that you put starter course around the perimeter of your home. What that does is allows for up to a 120-mile wind rating. The ridgeline of your home also has new rich singles that can withstand up to 120 140 miles an hour winds. You have shingles that can withstand up to two to three inches of hell impact, thus increasing the longevity of your roof and it will also help to reduce your insurance premiums over the course of a year. 

So there are tons of new roof options out there tons of great products out there. Here at Doc's Roofing, we use Malarkey shingles, they are environmentally friendly. They're the only company that has a category three impactors instant shingle, that's a 3-tab shingle.
